Once paid in full, standard copyright for final deliverables transfers to the client, while VBA retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or case studies.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials (e.g., website access, social media logins), and accurate informational assets required to perform our services. VBA is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide resources or approve checkpoints within requested timeframes.
All structured payments are due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Continued failure to execute payment may result in the immediate suspension of active advertising campaigns, website hosting capabilities, or consulting services.
While we apply industry-leading strategies to augment your business growth, we cannot definitively guarantee specific financial returns, given the unpredictable nature of third-party platforms (like Google or Meta algorithms). In no event shall Vishal Blessings Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services effectively.
Prices for our specialized services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue specific service packages without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
